People know of Padang Padang and Dreamland beaches but many may not realise that there is this secluded spot Suluban Beach in Uluwatu that is accessible down some 40 metres of steps from Thomas Home Stay B & B. Even on high tides when the surf is up, the beach with white sand is still accessible. Actually Suluban Beach extends right up to Uluwatu Beach, close to Bluepoint Bay Hotel but this side is the public and crowded side catering to the surfers. So for those who want to enjoy an exclusive beach experience, this is one great find. Its also most delightful to wade through during low tides as water receeds some 200 metres exposing rocks and seaweed farms. Also you’ll get to see locals fishing.
